Here’s our step-by-step guide to how we help you achieve your goals.

  • We’re not here to lock you in to long term contracts that you can’t escape. Every new client’s journey kicks off with a 6 week trial including 18 personal training sessions plus lots of added extra classes. This is to make sure we’re a great fit to work together.

  • This isn’t another cookie cutter large group class approach. We want to truly understand you, your body and your goals. That’s why every one of our client’s journey’s kicks off with a full medical and movement assessment with our in-house physio & coaching team so that we can build you a highly individual plan.

  • We build you your own specific plan designed to meet you were you are based on your assessment & goals. You will be assigned one of expert coaches who will provide you with 1-2-1 support & accountability inside & outside the gym.

  • We are a Small Group Personal Training Gym (SGPT). This means you get the 1-2-1 coaching experience with the energy & support of a like-minded community. SGPT class sizes are capped at 6 people to maintain the highest possible standard of coaching. Plus we have a variety of other class types across the week to compliment your training.

  • Everything we do is centred around helping you achieve your goals. Whether your goal is fat loss, building muscle, improving performance or building confidence we have the systems and state of the art equipment to ensure your results are guaranteed.
